Stakeholders in the project could be persons or institutions that are directly engaged in the project or interested in project's results. Stakeholders may also cause changes and have significant impact on the project's goals or final products
Who are the key persons in the project
From our point of view one of the most important person is the project manager. His responsibility is very extensive: he decides about every aspect in the all project's life cycle from the beginning to its end.
